Refund policy

FOMO Fashions does not provide with the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact size measurements are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product.

Furthermore, the Quality Check team checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects. However, if the size mentioned is wrong or the product comes defective, you can register a complaint by contacting on our Whatsapp account +91 8955340055 and for that an opening video of the parcel without any cuts and edits is must. And we will try to resolve the issue at its best.

To be eligible for a refund, you are required to record a video of opening the package to prove that you received an already defective product. The team will also require a proof of your purchase, i.e. the order number and the bill.

The team will respond to the complaint query within 7 working days and get in touch with you.

In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to contact us on Whatsapp- +91 8955340055

Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team.
