What is the shipping policy?
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Express Shipping:
All express ship items on our website are readily available and will be shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery within India takes 5-7 working days. - Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. - Out of Stock Items:
If an item goes out of stock, a credit voucher with a validity of 12 months will be issued. - Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Partial COD up to a limit of Rs. 8,000 within India. - ₹70 Shipping charges for COD.
- Advance Payment Requirement
We offer Partial COD as a payment option.
Customers are required to pay ₹300 in advance when placing the order.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Advance
The advance amount of ₹300 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to) the following situations:
If the order is cancelled by the customer after payment of the advance.
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable, refusal to pay remaining balance, etc.).
If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.
If the customer requests a new/replacement order, the advance cannot be adjusted against it.
Undelivered Parcel Notification:
- Customers are requested to track their parcels and inform us within 48 hours if the parcel shows delivered but has not been received. No complaints will be accepted by the courier company after this time frame.

What is the Refund Policy?
We do not offer returns and refunds once the order is placed.
But if you receive any damaged products, it is subject to return only if you can share the opening video of the parcel without any cuts or edits.
